This visual package was created for HomeSmart’s annual national conference, building on an event identity developed by the graphic design team. Working collaboratively with the director and editor, I helped refine the opener script to strengthen its visual narrative. From there, I led the motion direction—developing visual concepts, storyboards, and the full animation system used across the event, including the opener, speaker intros, scenic loops, and the multi-screen LED environment in Las Vegas.
